Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to sell you a book, ship it, pay out your Bitcoin, and (if you opt in) send your St. Jude donation receipt. We don't sell your data. We don't run ad-retargeting pixels on this site. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and neither should anyone claiming to be us.

We use real vendors to actually run this business. Here's every one your data can touch, and why:

• Stripe — payment processing. Handles your card details directly; we never see your full card number.
• Printful and Lulu — print-on-demand fulfillment for physical books and merch. They receive your shipping name and address to print and ship your order.
• Every.org — processes the St. Jude donation tied to your order if you opt in to a tax-deductible receipt; receives only what's needed to email that receipt.
• Our Lightning node — pays your Bitcoin claim to the Lightning address you provide. We don't custody your wallet or see your private keys.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with data brokers or ad networks.

Order and claim records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes (typically several years, consistent with standard recordkeeping practice for commercial sales and charitable-donation reporting). You can ask us to delete data that isn't legally required to be retained — see "Your rights" below.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what data we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're legally required to keep for tax/fraud-prevention purposes). If you're a California resident, this includes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act to know what's collected and to request deletion. Email us (see contact below) and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use minimal, functional cookies/local storage needed for checkout to work (e.g., remembering your cart) and basic aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party ad-tracking or cross-site retargeting cookies.

This site and its products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we materially change what we collect or who we share it with, we'll update this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
